Terms and Conditions of Booking
Once the guest has made the booking through the web portal www.relaiscannavacciuolo.it, will have accepted the following terms and conditions:
- For the booking, the guest shall pay a deposit equal to 50% of the total cost, the remaining 50% shall be paid at the villa. The guest may cancel the reservation free of charge, obtaining a refund of the deposit paid*, up to 14 days prior to arrival, otherwise the deposit will be forfeited.
- Check-in: 3:00 – 8:00 pm (possibility of agreeing a different time with prior notice).
- Check-out: by 11:00 am.
- Parties/events are not allowed.
- Pets are allowed (on request).
City tax and government tax are not included in the price:
- Municipal tourist tax is variable: 2 € per person per night (adults only);
- Government tax is fixed: 2 € (one-off);
Both to be paid in cash at the villa.
- By law it is forbidden to make noise and shouting after 11:30 pm.
* the refund will be made net of fees retained by payment systems, which vary by the type of payment method used.
